At The Happiest Event, every item is custom-made with care, just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on most orders.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns on personalized items unless the error was ours or the product arrives damaged.
Exchanges (If we made a mistake)
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- A photo of the item
- Your order number
If the error is confirmed, we’ll gladly send a corrected replacement at no additional cost.
Exceptions:
- Non-personalized items (e.g., blank accessories) may be returned within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Wrong or defective items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
